The manager was super helpful with everything. He explained the way my insurance worked and was able to get me in a pair of glasses in 18 minutes instead of an hour. Also, Reama (I am sure I spelled it wrong.) was super awesome. She was kind and very nice to speak with. This is definitely the A team. They know their work. Thank you 2 very much. See you in a few weeks.
Could not make my glasses right. But now won't refund my money because I bought them more than year ago. But did not get them until July because of pandemic, which the child helping me refused to acknowledged happened. Then got further delayed by trying out their failed attempts to make them right.
