I have tried at least three time to get my glasses correct. They insist they are correct, however I still can't see. The manager is useless and refuse to give me a refund. I tried to return the glasses and they will not accept them. I would not recommend this company to anyone. WS, NC.
very rude associates:( they ordered two types of contacts for me to try. I tried the first pair and asked where the second to try. they told me I had to see the doctor again. but after them yelling at me they realized they had not ordered the second contact for me to try and apologize. and my son going to order contacts for the first time the doctor would not let my son sit closer to a mirror and made him stand up that's when I decided enough is enough and went to American best which service is excellent and very very helpfu... read more

I would not use eyemart express in odessa tx.would not recommend them to friend.I got a pair glasses there and after the third time still not right.very rude and unprofessional.
