This is the WORST excuse for customer service I ve encountered in a long time. Only 2 people on duty and 1 can t be understood and the other thinks her job is to tell people that she can t deal with them till they sign in on the sign in sheet, that isn t out. No one acknowledged any one for over 20 minutes yesterday morning. Glasses not ready when promised and the only thing there was plenty of was rudeness. I ll never be back and neither will my family.

Horrible people, from the receptionist, who is rude...to the office manager, when complaining about the receptionist, said she didn t want to her it...on to the man himself the Dr. who lets his team treat customers like SH..! My poor elderly and handicapped mom was treated horrible!!! Even by the Dr. And walk ins are not welcomed!!!!!!!!! Please change your advertisements.
Went there to get my glasses, very professional staff awesome prices very impressed. They cared about getting right pair of glasses for me and my needs rather than upselling me. If you need glasses you have to go to see their selection!!
I have been going to eyemart for all of my glasses for about 14 years. Everyone has always been nice to me and the service is great. Where else can you get 2 pairs of glasses for \$99 (not including tax of course). The frames are always stylish and the one year warrenty on the frames is free. If your frames seem a bit out of wack and need an adjustment, that is free as well. They always do a good job and take their time with the customer.
