They are friendly until you actually need help. Their main concern is profit optimization and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced - they even lied to me about pricing. I spent over $150 on one pair of glasses and got zero help when picking them up and trying to get them to fit on my face properly. I only wanted 1 pair of glasses and was told I had to get 2. It's a good thing I did because I can barely see out of one pair, after telling the girl who waited on me, she just said that I need to try them on with "fresh eyes" in the morning, even though this has never happened to me before and I could see just fine out of the second pair. I took them back and still can't see out of them. I will not return, walmart has a better selection and costs much LESS.
