Was happy with their service and my classes. I have referred some friends to this office. They were very helpful when I called back a few months latter needing an original receipt.
Just Terrible! – A couple of years ago my wife and I bought glasses here, and after 3 tries they never could get them right! We ended up taking them and our prescription to another store to get them done right. Stupidly, we gave them another chance this week and AGAIN they screwed it up! My wife took a new prescription for bifocals there and they AGAIN screwed them up! Maybe the other branches are better but I won't be finding out. NEVER AGAIN!
NEVER GOT GLASSES I COULD WEAR – I went here in April last year for their 2 pair of bifocals special. I paid over $140.00 for them. Cheap plastic ugly frames, and this is how much they charge??? Anyway, they called after 3 weeks ( so where is the one hour express?) said my glasses were in. I went to pick them up, a 35 miles drive one way, and there was only one pair ready. Excellent Customer Service – Today I visited the store at Walzem Road in San Antonio. A very very nice gentleman took care of me. I was visiting San Antonio and had forgotten my reading glasses, so I thought a quick trip to a store which advertised one hour spectacles was in order. This store was very busy. I think the gentleman’s name was Milton as it was on my receipt; he was calm, helpful and extremely pleasant.
