This was my first time using Eyemart Express for my glasses. COVID protocol was strictly adhered to by the staff. Drema assisted me with my prescription needs and was most professional, courteous, and engaging. I will mention that she was accused of being rude and disrespectful by another customer who arrived a short time after I did. My experience at Eyemart Express was Great! I was greeted and helped immediately after arriving. The store associate Drema was amazing. I didnt have my insurance card so she helped get all my information with no problem. All staff was very friendly and helpful! Thankyou for making my trip easy and fast!
This has to be the absolute slowest set of two employees I have ever seen in the front of a retail store. The two women are more worried about talking up a storm and up selling every customer even when they are old and say no... Dont go unless you have hours to waist !!!
