Well not sure where to start and I don’t normally do this but the attitude and no sense of urgency for people was totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I will never be back after the almost 2 hour wait to start and the hour wait to get my glasses after receiving the text they were ready! Absolutely no excuse for the delay or the way employees were speaking to the customers!
I went into to get warranty lens in early June. Two weeks went by waiting for them to come in. After three weeks, I called to see if they were there. Oh they came in but had a scratch. No one had called to tell me. So two more weeks go by and still no call. So I call. Oh yes they are here. I said I would be in the next day. The next day I go in. Great, fast, efficient service from Krystalyn B. She is a great customer service representative. I was a walk in, I picked my frames. She wrote the order up, had them made, fitted me, and I was out the door in less than 30 minutes. A great fast experience as I was short on time. Thank you, Gina Stevens.
I’ve done business with this store for 10 years and they treated me like crap. Lost my prescription sunglasses and I wanted to know if they still carried the same frames. The lady would not check my records and all she would say is “Come into the store .” Dallas store took care of everything. Sherman WAKE UP!!!!!!!!!!!
They are always busy and you always have to wait. Thought ought to tell you that their customer service is good.They do what they say they will do, they back their work and honor their warranties with no issues.I had always thought of them as low rate or cheap glasses, but not at all - top brands, good pricing, great service and delivery is always ahead of schedule!I wish I had known them sooner.
