I bought my last pair of glasses 2 years ago at the Ft Wayne Eyemart Express location. I had no big complaints. I return 2 years later and this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had from this type of company. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance. I was asked if I was a returning customer on the phone, I said yes, I was asked my employers name and eye insurance. I provided both.
