RecommendedWent in for new glasses , picked out new frames and they had them made in 30 minutes! Went back a week later for sunglasses it took a bit longer since machine was down .. first pair didn’t quite work so they remade the lenses I had to go back in because something still just wasn’t right , they worked with me got me into some smaller frames that worked better with my no line bifocal. I’m very happy with the help and attention I received to get my glasses just right.

RecommendedAfter a disappointment with Stanton recently , Eyemart was a lifesaver. I honestly should have went here because they were so helpful with my daughter. i have left America's best. when I walked in I was immediately greeted and guided to the glasses. Ladies glasses are still too big for my face so I went to youth and found 2 perfect pairs of glasses. I walked out with my glasses within 40 minutes of finding my frames .i am very satisfied with the customer service here. 20 stars !

They just completely wasted my time!! Wanted and ask twice fir just a basic eye exam. Nothing medical!! Both Receptionist told me I would have to talk to the Doctor, so I WAITED!! Told time spent was well over an hour ! Only to be told she doesn’t do just a basic!! Plus both Receptionist could have told me that! 🤬

took almost 2 months to receive eye glasses . so they offered free pair of sunglasses to make up for the mistake, but then cancel the order after it was placed after inquiring about them give you a pair that are not even your right percription so you return them and they act like no big deal so here we are 2 months later still no sunglasses . corporate was called they took my number to check back with me and still nothing from them either so they could care less either ..this all happened at the Florence ky. eyemart so the m... read more
