They need a new person at Eye mart this lady messed up my husbands glasses and when he picked them up did not fit them to him they a crooked and he can't see out of them not we have to make another trip back. She is really Short like 4'9 or 5 foot tall.
Absolute worst experience ever, eyes were dilated during the exam, I asked if that was safe since I had to drive home, I was told it was ok. She gave me New contacts for the drive home (I live an hour and a half away) I couldn't see road signs, everything was horribly blurry the entire way home. I assumed it was from having my eyes dilated. Tried to wear these new contacts for a couple days but everything was still terribly blurry. If possible, I would give Eyemart Express in Bangor a -5 review!!! I bought two pair of frames and glasses there a few weeks ago. They came in and I went to pick them up. One pair was fine. I could not see out of the other pair. They seemed to doubt that but they took the pair of glasses back and were going to redo the lens. I went to pick them up today. Had eye exam at eyemart express yesterday...went well..I went to pick out eyeglasses and there was a 1 hour wait...so I waited...no one told me to pick out eyeglasses while I waited...last time I was there I could not touch glasses because they could carry covid...so I wrote down eyeglasses that I found on their website..got called for my turn , gave him my list and he snorted, he brought me one pair..I asked if they fit my head correctly and he said they’re round and your face is round so I can’t recommend them so I asked ... read more
I went to Eyemart Express in Fargo ND for glasses. Mandy G was there to help and was so friendly and helpful. I will definitely shop there again.
Just left eyemart today with my sister and brother. The young lady keep calling my sister a man and my brother a woman. The staff was very rude they keep acting like something was wrong with my brothers eyes. But stated that they could not see anything because my brother was not opening his eye wide enough. They lied to me and my sister. Dr. Willis was the most disrespectful. She acted like my brother was getting on her nerves. Please help. Because I dont want this to happen to anyone else. I never been to eyemart before so I called to find out do they take my insurance before I could get the words out of my mouth the lady said we don't take it we don't take she was very rude and unprofessional I will never call or go there again.
Great service and very prompt. Glasses okay, but lenses don’t darken as much as I had hoped. I had previous glasses many years ago that turned black in the sun.
Purchased bifocals at Florence Eyemart Express. at a cost of $190.74. After picking up the glasses the first time, they were discovered to be non-functional. Went back for correction. Got them home again and still found them non-functional. Too difficult to keep going back to try to get them corrected. Am out $190.74. To be able to see through the glasses, it was necessary to keep my chin plastered to my chest. Uncomfortable to maintain this awkward position. Glasses were non-functional.
