I had initially called to check on the cost of lenses. It was Christmas week and was not expecting much. When I called, I received the best help and assistance. It was recommended to call out and then look at options for what I required. The knowledge, information provided and help was amazing. It turned out I was dealing with the regional manager who went above and beyond.
I attended Eyelines at St Helens. Both staff members were extremely helpful and took the time to explain the different types lenses etc that were available. Really good service and glasses arrived promptly. Well done.

Called in to the KingsMeadows store to see if I could have repairs done to a pair of specs needed arms replacing. The gentleman behind the desk without hesitation took the time to source parts to fit and repairs were completed in minutes while I waited. Wonderful service, and much appreciated.
