Didn't have a great experience here at eyelines, the lady at the front desk was rude and I was charged a lot of money for glasses that had the wrong lenses in them
Before this visit I was never coming back to Eyelines. Thus visit was excellent. Staff all new but knew exactly what they were doing, no mucking around. Have been coming to Eyelines for yrs. Last 6-8 yrs I have had Cataracts. Asked on previous visit about my Cataracts only to be asked if I had them. I said well you have my history in front of you. After the excellent service by the current Kings Meadows staff I will be back.
The staff are lovely, helpful and very supportive in your glasses choice, i had a lovely experience and would glady go back
Easy parking (very important) and only waited a few minutes before being called by optometrist after having being greeted by reception staff. Testing was stress free and everything was explained to me during every step of the way. Most definitely recommend Eyelines in Kings Meadows. Thank you.
