I’ve been coming to this salon for the past three years, but unfortunately my recent experience was very disappointing. During my haircut, the stylist pulled my hair very harshly multiple times. What was more upsetting was that she didn’t apologize and continued to handle my hair roughly throughout the service. As customers, we pay for a professional and comfortable experience, and basic courtesy and gentleness should be expected. Sadly, this visit did not meet those standards. I am going to this salon with my daughter for 3 years now for waxing and threading and they do perfect job every single time. I definitely recommend this place. Thanks you so much for outstanding service every time. ❤️
