It’s disheartening to say this company has a racism and discriminatory issue in its “buffing department” but it truly does. The supervisor Wayne “employed for 30+years” has been reported and suspended on multiple occasions for using racial and ethnic slurs in the work place and has only been suspended on several occasions.
