I received my first pair of safety glasses from this site and tried a few different times over the last month. They are horrible, they are not what they looked like on the website. These were ordered to be for outside use and driving, the transition does not work to block out any sun, they are basically useless for what they were ordered for.
Forced the where their glasses by my company! The prescription is off and they want me to wear them for 7 days to get used to them! They want me on the shop floor wearing glasses I can't see out of! I've never had this type of trouble before! The customer service was pushy and not very understanding... Everyone I work with wears these and have nothing good to say about them! Let that sink in! No one in my company had been given a pair of glasses that actually worked, and yet I remained hopeful. I waited 2 weeks for my glasses, when they arrived they were the wrong prescription. The optometrist was very helpful, however customer service blamed me for their mistake and through their incompetence told me that they had put someone else's prescription in my frames. Ordered my safety glass, one month passed and have not received it yet. The morning after I placed the order I tried to change the lens type and they told me the order is being processed and I cannot change it. I was expecting to get the glasses pretty soon and was waiting to get shipping info, after 4 weeks no delivery info or change in process. Like other comments have stated it has not been a good experience. Been a long time with no product or communication until I reach out repeatedly. They requested the same documents 4 times and every time requested it again without looking at it. After calling they finally realized they had the correct stuff and it’s still going to be several weeks before I get anything.
