When I walked in, the owner or manager was sitting down in an empty studio on her phone and didn’t stop to say hi or welcome since it was my first time there. The associate who did my eyebrows was kind but it wasn’t the best or worst brow service I’ve ever had. When I visit nyc again, I’m likely to try a different salon. However $8 for threading is cheap for NYC and I still gave a tip nonetheless.
Sapana did an amazing job on my eyelashes! She was professional, and gentle. The results were exactly what I wanted—full, natural-looking, and beautifully done. Her attention to detail really shows, and I’ve gotten so many compliments since my appointment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for flawless lash work. Thank you, Sapana!
