I am so grateful for this location. I had an emergency need for my 92 year old father who broke his glasses. I arrived and received immediate attention and dads glasses were repaired right away. So grateful for the woman there. Very friendly. I will go back for my own glasses due to the excellent service.- Thank you- Cheryl
By far the best customer service I've had for eyeglasses. Let me start off saying, they are not the cheapest. Before you move on, I've shopped at dozens of retailers, especially the big franchises that have ZERO incentive to help you. I didn't even know frames had warranty until I walked into eyeland. All the money and time I wasted at the franchises is easily in the hundreds, with no one to guide me on the options etc. I'll gladly pay the premium everytime for glasses I'm using everyday
Dr. Stephen Kwan and the entire staff at Eyeland Eye Care is exceptional, professional and friendly. How can you ever thank someone who has given you the gift of clear vision. I received my new contact prescription and it's like someone turned on the lights in a dark room! Priceless!
I have been going to Dr. Kwan for over a decade. Dr. Kwan takes his time and is very thorough. Highly recommend him.
