I am very disappointed in the quality of the treatment received. A year ago, I walked into this place with one problem, a feeling of something in one of my eyes. I was told I had blocked oil glands caused by a bacteria causing Meibomian gland dysfunction. I did the lipoflow treatment and anti-inflammatory eye drops made my eyes worse. I started to have redness every morning and roughness in my eyes. I was told than I had ocular rosacea which can cause the Meibomian dysfunction. Just another dry clinic wasting my time and money. I saw “Dr.” Yang advising her that my blepharitis has gotten worse as my eyelids are swollen more and my eyelashes are falling out which indicates to me that my MGD is progressively getting worse. She dismissed my concerns she spent most of her time blaming my dry eyes on my mental health which is just unacceptable for her to even comment on MORE THAN THREE TIMES. Improve your phone answering system. Doctors and staff are good in general but they keep pushing everyone to send an email for all communications. Common, people come to you reduce the strain on their eyes and you keep asking to send emails for every little thing, indirectly asking your patients to increase their screen time ? I never had a luck connecting their Mississauga dry eye clinic location. If I have a choice I would choose a smaller location which is not very busy so that they can be quickly reachable.
