Staff cold and rude. Coming from out of town, will not make 2 appointments the same day. Always making you come back the next week.
I am very disappointed in the quality of the treatment received. A year ago, I walked into this place with one problem, a feeling of something in one of my eyes. I was told I had blocked oil glands caused by a bacteria causing Meibomian gland dysfunction. I did the lipoflow treatment and anti-inflammatory eye drops made my eyes worse. I started to have redness every morning and roughness in my eyes. I was told than I had ocular rosacea which can cause the Meibomian dysfunction. I did the IPL treatment 4 times with no results... read more
