I’ve had a great experience with this ophthalmology office at both locations—Bell Blvd in Bayside and Northern Blvd in Great Neck. Every visit has been consistently positive. The receptionists and staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, which immediately puts you at ease. The doctors genuinely care about your eye health and take the time to be thorough and attentive. I absolutely love coming to this eye doctor and I placed the staff is incredible. Dr. Jacobs was amazing. Esther and Joan are also incredible. This is a must go to place for a thorough eye exam and eyeglasses. Bravo.
