Always have the best experience here. Used to go to Bayside but when Great Neck opened I was so happy to have something closer. The staff are always so nice and accommodating. Appointments are on time, little to no waiting. They also have the newest testing machines! I did a cool peripheral testing which I have never done before!
My bf has had severe dry eye for years which has only progressed negatively with contacts and outside allergens in the past year. After getting rid of his beloved contacts and switching to glasses, he reached his last straw with his scratchy eyes. We found this place online for dry eye treatment and signed him up for IPL sessions. I had a great experience at the Eye & I location in Great Neck. The optometrist took his time during my exam and went above and beyond to make sure my prescription was accurate for both distance and near vision. He also recommended newer lens technology that really made a difference. The staff was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. I’m confident and happy trusting my eyes with this place and will definitely continue to visit. Highly recommend!
