Made an appointment and Dr Sonia refused to see me even though her staff had made the appointment. She was rude, abrasive, incorreherant, and lied. I came a long distance to see her as she was able to help Me. But she left me crying and extremely upset and my driver who witnessed her unprofessional and irrational behaviour was stunned. I had strabismus surgery with Dr Moorthy in June 2025. I was referred here by my optometrist, because i was told Dr Moorthy was an expert in this field. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by friendly staff, the practice was beautiful and when i met Dr Moorthy she was very friendly and professional. The team at Eye Hub are lovely. Both Dr Sonia and Razia are excellent. The treatments are non invasive, quick and are working. Definitely recommended.
I would highly recommend. Dr Moorthy for any eye related issues ! Had both cataracts done by her and I am very pleased with the outcome !
