I had cataracts removed and lenses inserted. I started to have blurred vision after 2 weeks. But live overseas and I continually sent emails about my eyes. They said come back to see them when I returned. Well I did this and they tell me to get another referral, so they can charge me again. EyeHub extensively tested my eyes in their room full of wonderous machines, my cataracts were addressed & new lenses fitted quick & efficiently, now I enjoy a bright new world full of colour instead of viewing the world in a blurry sepia, I have turned my old specs into sunglasses highly recommended
Made an appointment and Dr Sonia refused to see me even though her staff had made the appointment. She was rude, abrasive, incorreherant, and lied. I came a long distance to see her as she was able to help Me. But she left me crying and extremely upset and my driver who witnessed her unprofessional and irrational behaviour was stunned. I had strabismus surgery with Dr Moorthy in June 2025. I was referred here by my optometrist, because i was told Dr Moorthy was an expert in this field. From the moment i walked in i was greeted by friendly staff, the practice was beautiful and when i met Dr Moorthy she was very friendly and professional.
