Please research this company prior to ordering. As others mentioned, they charged my company HSA card (health care spending account) and did not provide the product. No one answered the phone or responded to emails.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER ASAP. If you haven’t made an order yet, don’t even bother. They’re hard to get in touch with and lie to you when you do are able to talk to someone. Horrible horrible service.
So far not impressed. I paid extra for rush/special attention and had a question about my order but despite multiple emails, I cannot seem to get an answer regarding my order.
Terrible service. Placed an order on May 19th, got nothing but the run around. Two times they said you’ll have your glasses next week. Over a month later, nothing. Don’t even have the common courtesy to reach out to you saying there’s been a delay. YOU SUCK.
