After having cataract surgery, I needed reading glasses but no longer needed distance glasses. Lisa at eyeglasses.com Westport updated my existing frames with new lenses providing good service, good pricing coupled with professionalism.
AVOID the store of eyeglass.com IN WESTPORT, CT. Nightmare experience!!! • they Damaged my expensive frames ($560) •and put Wrong prescription lenses (changed it later but still I see blurry). • Poor customer service from Melissa (lab head) • No apology, NO compensation, or accountability. RATING: ZERO -0/5
I ordered eyeglasses on the first of October. I was told I would get an email when they were shipped. I followed up 11 days later and was told the same thing via email. I then called today (10-23-2024) and was told my glasses were shipped to another person. So I never received an email that they were shipped which they would’ve done if they were shipped as they said, but ship to someone else when all I did was re-order so the address was never changed. The order was never changed highly do not recommend
I have been told every week for over a month that the glasses would be shipped out the following week. I finally had to cancel my order after weeks of never receiving my frames. Absolutely not a trusted site!
**beware** Same issues as everyone else, should have looked at the companies google reviews and went somewhere else
