Frames were not available from the manufacturer and I am still awaiting my refund weeks later. after four emails I’m starting to suspect I was scammed

Stephanie was extremely rude. I spent $600 on glasses and they didn't have the order when I logged on. She said it must a "glitch". When I asked to talk to someone else (tech support), she said, "No one else can help you. I'm it.". She cancelled my order and didn't refund my money. Stay clear of this company. *I just heard back from the company. They want to resolve this "swiftly". 3 years later. 3 years? I'm guessing their records don't go back 3 years.
