Absolutely the WORST eyeglass company I have ever dealt with. I ordered Frames & Lenses for my child with RUSH service and NEXT DAY SHIPPING. 12 Days later they were still giving excuses about why they weren't finished and shipped. The customer service rep basically blamed me for ordering discontinued frames but the website clearly stated "IN STOCK". After 12 days she said it could still be another WEEK before they shipped. I have ordered two different pair of glasses. After 4 weeks I received... the same model twice. Contact with service was promising at the beginning, but after almost two weeks I don't have any answer, not mentioning the solving the problem. I am patient, flexible and more than willing to solve that issue but such attitude leaves much to be desired...
I have emailed and called them for a week now with no response from either. Glasses were ordered 2 weeks ago. I don't expect to have them, but I sure would appreciate a reply and update.
