Bought 4 pairs of glasses 3 months ago took them in to adjust got home and one of the lenses was cracked went back next day and they said sorry if something happens when we adjust not responsible. Luck I had insurance for all 4 so just to know. That’s why you take them to where you got them to adjust so they do it right not this time. Took 30 minutes for him to fill out paperwork and reorder. Buy the insurance covers everything.

The representative I spoke with was chewing gum audibly, repeatedly asking “are we done yet,” and made it clear that answering basic questions was apparently a major inconvenience. I called and was greeted with “Hello” Like I was calling someone’s phone. I had to ask if this was eyeglass world and I was met with Julie’s fantastic response of “yeah” I had to changed doctors office because she can’t find me in the system or my insurance but I have been going to eyeglass world for over 2 years. Julie’s phone etiquette is very unprofessional. If we don’t like the job find another one makes businesses look and SOUND horrible to go to it’s insane!!!
During my initial contact with the store, I waited over 25 minutes on the phone. Upon calling back, I was again placed in a "short wait" queue, despite my explanation of the circumstances, resulting in an additional twenty-five-minute delay before my call was answered. The representative's response to my lengthy wait was not courteous.
