Came in to get two pairs of sunglasses fixed, and Heather fixed them both no problem lickity split, and had me out in under 10 minutes! I will now make sure Eyeglass World is my go to shop.
Nice personal and very professional thanks
This was my first time going to an eye appointment by myself, I had it scheduled for a Saturday early morning but the day before they rescheduled it for Tuesday at 5:30. Oh well that still worked for me. When I can in on Tuesday it was obvious there were irritated with what time the appointment was. I’m only 19 and have never been by myself so I had to call my mom to ask questions about certain things, and you could tell they were irritated by that too.
