I was greeted by Kirsten, I explained what I wanted & she worked right along with me to see if I could get new frames. After deciding my better option was my coupon, She then helped me so well to pick out 2 frames. Kirsten then had me sit with Julia for my fitting. Julia was very professional with wonderful customer relations. I've been to EyeGlass World previously, but these two employees are the best. You don't want to lose them, they are an asset. Thank you both for all your help & understanding.

I had my glasses prescription filled here. Unfortunately they put the wrong prescription in my glasses. It was over 180 days when I called it to their attention and they said they would have to charge me to replace the lens. Warning: Be sure to check your glasses if you use them. When I was buying my glasses someone was returning a pair and complaining of the same problem
Excellent customer service! My wife and I got to meet Julia for our selection of frames and glasses. My wife had an outside glasses’ prescription. I had my exam with Dr Ragan who was also excellent at explaining a laser procedure I had. We had issues with the insurance but Julia also helped us with that for the exam. Time was not a factor, she dedicated as much time as needed to obtain the frames and glasses’ options more convenient to our needs. She answered all the questions.
