Really kind staff, very insufficient service. The people who physically work there are super nice....but their systems fail them. I did not receive notifications when my orders arrived, my contacts were the wrong type. I like the folks, but I won't be back.
Be aware there is no eye doctor on location: they tele-doc online and you have no idea if an eye doctor will respond in 2 minutes or 45 minutes. Also there is NO same day glasses at this location.
The service was good when I finally got it. When I went in for my initial eye exam, they were running 30 minutes late, which isn't a big deal every now and then. But when I called to let them know I was happy with my contact lens prescription, they told me I needed to come back for a follow-up before they could issue my prescription. I visited Eyeglasses World on March 6, 2026, and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was welcoming and professional, and the overall process was smooth and efficient. Miguel assisted me during my visit and provided outstanding service. He was knowledgeable, patient, and made sure I found exactly what I needed.
