My overall experience was great. My exam was very quick and efficient. I went to the front of the store to purchase my contacts & glasses. I spoke with Peggy about how my contacts felt weird on my eyes. She and I were both concerned. JC (sales associate) suggested that I should blink and that it would be fine… I just needed to get use to them. Today my glasses literally fell apart. I went to Glasses World, and I asked if they could just make a new set from the prescription the broken glasses used. They said if need an exam, and the doctor was in, but was wanting to go home. They sent me away because he couldn't make time to help a handicapped veteran. I told them I'd be glad to get an exam from them, and pay out of pocket, but they refused.
2626 Watson blvd Warner Robins This place has the absolutely the worst customer service I’ve seen . It too about 2 weeks for me to get my glasses and also the wrong prescriptions When I got there to pick up my glasses it appeared no one wanted to help me even though there were 3 ladies standing I would never go back and I certainly would never recommend this to anyone.
Dr. Xu, Peggy and team were amazing! They helped me in a time of need when I was out of town and desperate. Truly grateful to them
