They are great! I left Browns Eye Center because they did me dirty and have no customer service skills. So it’s hard to trust after that, but as soon as I walked in the door, it was very refreshing. The space is open and very welcoming. Very cleans store. The ladies in the front and back are so nice and helpful. They actually have a conversation with you, rather than get you in and out. Purchased glasses at Eyeglass World in Warner Robins, GA. Two weeks after purchasing them, one of the lenses fell out and into an area I could not retrieve the lens from. I purchased the most expensive lenses, with all the add ons and a 1 year replacement. Eyeglass World told me that the 1 year replacement is not valid because the lenses is not able to be sent with the frames to repair. The frames did not break, just the lens fell out.
