Today my glasses literally fell apart. I went to Glasses World, and I asked if they could just make a new set from the prescription the broken glasses used. They said if need an exam, and the doctor was in, but was wanting to go home. They sent me away because he couldn't make time to help a handicapped veteran. I told them I'd be glad to get an exam from them, and pay out of pocket, but they refused.

It too about 2 weeks for me to get my glasses and also the wrong prescriptions When I got there to pick up my glasses it appeared no one wanted to help me even though there were 3 ladies standing I would never go back and I certainly would never recommend this to anyone.
Dr. Xu, Peggy and team were amazing! They helped me in a time of need when I was out of town and desperate. Truly grateful to them
Questionable receipt.
Horrible experience. I’ve been wearing glasses 30 years, never have I had an experience where my new prescription is less than what I’ve been wearing! Go to pick up glasses and I couldn’t see through them! It would be detrimental for me and my kids to drive off with those glasses on! I was not made a priority and had to wait even though my appointment and glasses were paid for! I’m very much disappointed, I should have just waited to go to LensCrafters instead of trying some where new. 0-10 would not recommend!
