I came in for an eye exam and although I had an appointment I still wasn't noticed until I said something 40 minutes later. The receptionist didn't let anyone know I was there and I wouldn't have gone back until much later if I hadn't said something.
They are fast and cheap my favorite! Always very nice and do not push you to spend past your budget. Deidra was very kind and accommodating.
If you need an eye exam, new glasses, or both, Eye Glass World is a great place for both. The minute you walk through the door, the customer service begins and does not end until your purchase is complete. I had the most comprehensive eye exam for an extremely reasonable price without additional charges. I had a bit of an emergency when a foster dog chewed up and destroyed my only pair of glasses. After going to a few other stores, Eyeglass World was recommended for potentially quick turnaround on a new pair. I walked in around 2pm on a Saturday, and by 5pm I picked up two new, perfect pairs of glasses! All of the staff were super helpful and they were spot on with their time estimate for pickup. I am so grateful to the staff for helping me get new glasses on such an expedited timeline!!
