First time I placed an order it went okay. The manager Kelly did a great job and things went smoothly. So a few weeks later I decided to order a couple more pair of glasses and that order seemed to go off the rails for some reason. They messed it up, called me to say they were sending it back for fixing, then it came in wrong again I guess and they called me again and said they would get it all straightened out... again, and so I call a week or so later and they claim they are in the same holding patter of problem not solved... read more
My glasses broke and I have an extremely strong prescription, so they couldn't fill it on the spot. The employee at the front spoke to the lab tech, Lea, and what does she do? Try to sell me as much as possible? Nope. She popped the lenses out of my old frames and went out of her way to find a similar (and cheap) pair of frames to fit them into for me. She didn't have to do that, and she completely saved my day. Would gladly go back, as long as Lea is there.
Lea was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for me. She helped me pick out frames and walked me through the whole ordering process. Thank you, Lea.
