Worst experience
I honestly can’t believe how rude Isabel was at Eyeglass World. Everyone else there was absolutely wonderful kind, professional, and patient but she completely ruined my visit. From the second she started helping me, her attitude was terrible. She was rolling her eyes, giving me dirty looks, and rushing me like I was a burden. Wouldn't give me the price until after the exam.
Brought my glasses in to get them fixed and the girl (orange hair) was really great & professional, taking care of everyone in the store. She is great & want to give her props!
I arrived ar my appointment early to find out that it was a remote exam . After waiting 30 minutes was told if I didnt do the air test they would see me. Manager was rude . Would never recommend this place. WHAT A JOKE
