Mark and team are great! New store, great selection of frames, pleasant and friendly staff.
My only pair of bifocals got sat on and bent pretty badly out of shape. It was a Saturday and the only place open was Eyeglass world in Alcoa. It’s not my regular place, but it may be now! They took care of me right away, fixed the glasses, put in a new screw and all for no charge! So nice and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone!

I'm 66. Not what I use to be lol. Eyes need attention. Got a great Eye Exam 👀 with information. Afterwards Savannah was great help with my purchase and all my options. Called me they were ready in Five days. Savannah fit me and checked me out on exactly a week from the day I walked in. With an Appt. It helps me and them. I Love my 👓 👓 Nice People, Quick, Friendly, listened, got a good Exam and Very Fair priced glasses and Excellant workers all of them. I'll be back in few years I hope. Fran
