They help my husband with his glasses and were so helpful and nice .
I bought glasses at this location a few weeks ago. One of the screws kept popping out so I went back in so they could fix it. They worked on them, but could not get the screw to go in properly... So they replaced my frames for free! Great customer service, will definitely be going back to buy glasses for my husband!

I'm not one to normally complain but. When you order your glasses thru them please check them fully and stand your ground when they're messed up. I've been battling them for 3 weeks on my 2 pairs of glasses. My cheap pair came perfect after I had to argue with the girl with a mole on her nose about poly lense was not for me I couldn't see. Now that I got original lense the cheap pair are perfect. Today I go to get my transition antiglare pair for everyday use and oh my gawd I can't wear them.
