I lose my glasses in the trip so my husband had to look for a place to get a new pair of glasses in the same day for me and I must say it was the best experience for me. Nice place with nice and professional doctors and staffs. I was really impressed with the gentleman who run around to schedule my appointment because he was so sweet, so polite and professional. First day of our vacation and I have an issue with my glasses. The manager Jason said normally they could get these glasses same day but the lab guys were closed on Mondays. After telling him my situation he said he would take care of them himself. He did in fact and very quickly. Thanks for saving my vacation Jason. I highly recommend this store!
Do not go to the eye doctor at this location. If you want to get an exam on a Saturday, you will only be seen by a doctor via Zoom call, not an in-person doctor. They do not warn you about this before your exam. I was given a prescription for trial contacts, which they do not have in stock at the facility. I have waited four days for the contacts and they have not yet arrived. I have never left any in-person appointment without a set of trial contacts in hand. Mark was so kind! He got my glasses ordered immediately, after a careful selection. I went back 1 day later and I got my new pair, hassle free, and he even fitted my new pair. Great customer service 👏 👌 👍 🙄! Thank you Mark
