I had an urgent commitment and needed my glasses to stop falling off of my face. A nice gentleman named Mark tightened my glasses and I am extremely grateful for the service.
No in person doctor on the weekend and sat for a hour before being told its a Virtual eye exam that would be a hour wait for a doctor to see me. A couple before me waited two hours and still were not seen.
I came in and needed my sunglasses adjusted to my face, and Mark was very kind and helpful very much appreciated.
Needed emergency service on a pair of my husband's glasses as visiting here from out of state. We walked in the Alcoa store and were greeted so warmly. We were able to be helped within minutes and walked out with glasses fixed! Thank you!
