No doctor on site at Alcoa location. Have to wait for a doctor to come via remote which took 2 hours. Forces you to do retail non medically necessary exams such visual field and optos photos even with no medical history.
Me and my granddaughter came in 6/10/26 to just get our glasses adjusted. My granddaughter's were broken. The entire staff was super nice and we walked out with all 3 pair repaired!
We have had the best experience one can have at this location. Service was outstanding. The German girls say thank you!!!!
WOW!! Superb customer service from start to finish We highly recommend this location if you enjoy being treated like royalty
I had scratched my Costa lenses, I brought them in with my replacement lenses. Jason treated me extremely well took out and replaced my lenses for me. I will be returning! Incredible customer service.
