I lost the screw to my glasses recently and they had them fixed and me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service, will return.
Dale was super helpful when I went in. I went to target optical and they couldn’t assist me. Without hesitation, dale started working on my frames that were turning green. He cleaned them up and was super friendly. He cheered my mood up since leaving target optical for sure ! I definitely will be back!
My sister bought two pair of glasses at Eyeglass World on 441 in Mount Dora, Florida. They were not cheap! She paid over $1,200 for them. And they were not correct the first time she got them back. She had them sent back, and when she got them back, again, they were not correct! Thank goodness she purchased the extra warranty. So they ended up, again sending them out to "fix" them. And they are Still Incorrect! What terrible craftsmanship! What a terrible experience! I love the optometrist, she is the only good thing there. ... read more
Dale the GM was outstanding at resolving my very small issue as they have wonderful customer service!!!!
Dale, the manager, was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable! He was friendly, out going, and relates to the customers. He took his time with us and made sure we got everything covered and then some.
