A whole office full of incompetence. From front desk to manager, it’s dumbfounding how disorganized and inept this staff is. On the third attempt to pick up a set of glasses(first two times they weren’t ready when they said to come get them), they sent me home with glasses that have a huge chip on both the frame and lenses. You’d have to be certified blind to not see the massive chunk missing in the corner of these Burberry glasses. I took my nephew in to get glasses. He already had a prescription from another doctor. We were greeted as we walked in by from what I was told is the manager however he made no attempt to stand up or walk towards us. I think he was training a new person but it would have been nice for him to walk over to us and introduce himself. I lost the screw to my glasses recently and they had them fixed and me out the door in less than 5 minutes. Amazing service, will return.
Dale was super helpful when I went in. I went to target optical and they couldn’t assist me. Without hesitation, dale started working on my frames that were turning green. He cleaned them up and was super friendly. He cheered my mood up since leaving target optical for sure ! I definitely will be back!
