The Optometrist and the Tech were so sweet! I was trying on contacts for the first time, and they helped me the best they could. I was not able to get contacts; They were so patient and even gave me my own little area to try on the contacts! The optometrist even helped me take them out, as I had a lot of difficulties!

Customer service was great Ethan and Mason are wonderful.
I came in june 5th for an eye exam only. I was patiently waiting for Dale to finish training some other lady so I can go about my day. I didnt say anything at that time but its rude to have your customer sitting there waiting until you're done training your employee, do that on your company time not mine.. he was so distracted that he messed up my account, applied my prescription to someone else's account and I paid for someone else copay as well.
