Amazing doctor and staff. She was the best. It was way better than expected.
I had a disappointing experience with this business. I scheduled an appointment for 3:45 PM and arrived at 3:48 PM with my toddler and family. As we made our way inside, I received text but didn’t check my phone and went straight to the counter. I waited behind another person before checking in, finally reaching the front at 3:51 PM. The only reason I gave 1 star is that the office staff was awesome. The doctor, on the other hand, was awful. He was behind, which was fine. I did not care, and then the electricity went off and on because of the storm, which was again not a big deal. They had to restart the computers. But, I guess the doctor was flustered because of all this and rushed through my exam. Everything was blurry, and I kept telling him I could not see anything. Frame selection was plentiful with a good range of prices and styles. Lens options were fairly priced and also abundant. But… Ethan was a rockstar! He patiently answered all my picky questions with great aplomb, enthusiasm, and care. He gave me the best quality and experience a customer could ask for. Got a snazzy new pair of specs with all the options I wanted in 90 minutes. A very satisfied customer!!!
Great selection of frames and the staff was super helpful! Paula was friendly, knowledgeable and made sure I understood the benefits of each lens option.
