The Manager, Charity, is the NICEST, MOST UNDERSTANDABLE and DEDICATED to making customers feel important. I had the BEST experience the other day when I went in and today when I called twice with questions. They are ALL so professional, listen to your questions and concerns and help you with picking out the right frame for your lenses. GREAT PRICE AND GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!! Definitely, if you are in the market for new frames and/or contacts, this is the place to go!
