I recently went in for an appointment because of eye pain. The employee that was helping me said she was running a fever. Of course, I was concerned because of the virus. The optometrist was not wearing gloves or a mask. When I called and asked if anyone of their staff got sick, would they notify customers, the woman on the phone said I didn't have to come in. They do not follow through with their referral policy, they promise you all of these things if you recommend another patient and my daughter went and recommended me so I went and she never received her gift cards (The lady helping us told us there would be two because I bought two pairs of glasses) and I also got the worst lenses I have ever had in the past 30 years.!! This company will never receive my family‘s business again!!
I came in with a pair of glasses that were the wrong prescription. The eye doctor that I went to told me my eyes were a pain in the ass. I felt sick to my stomach, hoping I would be able to see again. The optometrist there was amazing! She went the extra mile and now I can see again! Headaches are gone! I highly recommend them!!!!!!
