My family and I were clients of this clinic for 3 years, untill my last eye exam appointment with Dr Antonio Porco. My old prescription was -3.00, he, without bothering himself with trying different lenses, prescribed me -3.50. When I recieved the glasses I became very dizzy. I came back next day to fix it and they made me to schedule a new appointment at 3:30 two days later. Which was acceptable, but did not say one word apologizing for my inconvience. RecommendedI had a great experience at this Eyeglass World location. Emily and the rest of the team were wonderful! I few adjustments had to be made along the way. This team was beyond kind and pleasant as we worked toward my perfect fit. Coming off the heels of bad experience with my previous ophthalmologist, I was apprehensive. Just when I thought customer service was not a priority, this Eyeglass World team proved otherwise. Not only was the service good, I also received great value on my multiple pair of glasses.
Today I had my appointment and everyone was great but a huge shoutout to Emily for going above and beyond! I was trying to stay within what was on my FSA card and she worked and reworked the numbers so I could get my regular glasses and sunglasses. She was so patient and super friendly. Absolutely amazing customer service! After having a horrible experience across the street at Vision Works, this location went above and beyond to serve me.
