Poorly made glasses. Can't even get the same prescription that was from last year right, waited 3 days and now the store will not refund money, EXPECT POOR SERVICE AND POOR QUALITY.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Lacey was kind patient, and is a master at helping you choose your frames, lenses, and particularly at applying gradient shading to your lenses. She made me rockstar glasses!
I have been wearing glasses for over 50 years and used to be an optician a long time ago . My several experiences at this Eyeglass World in S Tampa has been as good as it gets . Lacey Ruiz is extremely professional, very experienced and made my many visits so enjoyable . She fixed everything and was so nice . They are lucky to have her representing !
Lacey is amazing!! The team is amazing too but Lacey deserves 5 stars!!!
