Don’t get an eye exam here. Waited over 45 mins to be seen for an eye exam even though I had an appt. They’re very disorganized.
I stopped in because they had a buy one, get one free sale going on. I wanted to get my prescription for wrapped sunglasses. One pair came out great but the other one did not. The reason why they get 5-stars is because the entire staff did everything they could to make sure that I was satisfied. Ultimately, I got a refund, but I’m happy to know that they always aim for customer satisfaction. That’s rare nowadays. I’ll certainly be back in the future for my eyeglass needs.
