Phenomenal customer service! Lacey went above and beyond helping me with an order, proactively reaching out when she saw an issue and giving me multiple options to keep me from having to wait on shipping. She was so thoughtful and extremely helpful! I have been very satisfied with exams here over the years and I highly recommend this location.

Im not one to leave reviews often, but this visit deserves one. My whole experience was top notch from the moment I opened the door to the minute I left. I felt like everyone there cared and enjoyed thier job. Lacy went the extra mile to find the frames I wanted and also fixed my old pair until my new ones came in. I definitely found my eye care spot!
If there was a 6 star rating I would give it to them they were the nicest people in the most helpful I just told them what happened with my story and how I've had a bad time recently and people were stealing money from me and I had no glasses and only one contact well they did whatever they could do and all of a sudden I have glasses that was amazing. Alicia Joe and Mike are the names that I remember
