I had been a long-time Pearle Vision customer and hadn’t planned on switching—until a change in my insurance led me to try this location. While Pearle may have a wider selection of frames and both places have friendly staff, what truly set this experience apart was the exceptional service from Joe D. Dr. Withrow was extremely thorough, educated, and accurate. The exam process was quick and efficient as well. Further, the office was not pushy to make additional sales after your exam. Dr. Withrow explained all the changes in my eyes to me in laymans terms and made me feel very comfortable with the results of the exam. This was the best eye exam experience I've had since I started wearing contacts and glasses 7 years ago. Highly recommend!
Deceiving advertisement!! I Went to purchase 2 pairs of eyeglasses at $89 As advertised. They charged me an extra 89$ for the eye exam plus $ 29 for a retinal photo exam which I agreed to pay first. I Ended up paying double the price. ! They added a $40 one year protection without my consent which they didn’t disclose either. I Went back & they refunded the $40. I overpaid $89 !! It Disappointed! The glasses were okay quality wise.
I have been coming here for the last two years and I won’t go anywhere else - highly recommend! Ask for Lacey, she gives impeccable service, and will help you pick out the perfect pair of glasses and contacts. The prices are also fantastic! Very thankful for Lacey and this store. ☺️
Lacey Ruiz is the absolute best. She was so helpful and all the staff was so kind and amazing. I love this place.
