They put the wrong lenses in my husbands frames. Someone else’s prescription lenses. The two that made the mistake didn’t apologize. Michelle and Martin. They didn’t double check the name on the tray. Then Michelle said it’s the same prescription. Different transition color on the lenses wasn’t to hard to spot. The only reason it did get sorted out was because of Danielle. I understand everyone makes mistakes. It’s really not that hard to read a name.

A bait and switch rip off place. Employees are pleasant and helpful. The company and how they do business is shady.
