I have regular glasses and sunglasses from eyeglass world. Trying to clean my regular glasses the coating has come off and my glasses are useless. It has happened in two pairs of regular glasses. My sunglasses are great. No problem w them.
I ordered two pairs of progressive lenses and a pair of prescription sunglasses. took three days to get the first pair, another week for the second pair, and still waiting for the sunglasses almost three weeks later. I get a robocall staying my glasses were at the store. I get there and they tell me they shipped them to my house. absolutely horrible customer service. I'll never do business with Eyeglass World ever again.
I've waited over a week for my glasses. Still don't have them. I've been told 3 different days they'll be ready. Every time I call to check, someone answers and seems very bothered by me checking.
I can't speak for the SLC location, but the Provo is top notch. Professional, patient with my many requests to continually adjust my glasses, kind, understanding, and helpful. I have been impressed many times yet. Thanks!
I will never go here again. I had my own Ray Ban frames and wanted transition prescription lens. A few weeks later and over 500.00 I got my glasses and they were the worst transition glasses I've ever seen. Sadly and angrily I have never worn those glasses more than 10 times in almost the year I've had them. Maybe the cheap glasses are worth the visit, but never, ever expect quality from this place
I have not needed eyeglasses in over 20 years. I forgot what the experience was like. What an amazing place. What an amazing selection. What great prices! And best of all? The staff there could not have been more helpful and professional! This shop was a little out of my way because I live up by the University, but boy was it worth the drive! Thanks to everybody there! I can't wait to pick up my new glasses tomorrow!
