GO HERE!!! I recently bought a pair of designer sunglasses that were perfect in every way—except they were a little too big. After watching a few videos, Google had me convinced I could adjust them myself by heating the arms. Thankfully, I decided against it. Very friendly guy but there is a clear disconnect on the definition of 'warranty'. I took my glasses in for a repair and was told he offered a 14-day warranty. I paid the $50 repair fee he quoted me but the repair failed within a week. I took the glasses back and the 2nd attempt failed within a couple days. When I returned after the 2nd failure (still within the 14-day time period), I was told he would NOT be attempting to repair my glasses an additional time and would NOT be offering a refund. Tom does exceptional eye glass repairs. He is knowledgeable, friendly, expedient. Can do single vision lens in customer frames or frames in his shop. Usually overnight. Also can order glass lens.
