This family owned business is truely a customer friendly environment. Michael and Veronica are just the most caring professionals. The owner was very nice. We advised what our budget was and were offered glasses frames that we were very happy with and with the lenses added were well within our budget. I lost my glasses on Saturday, of the Canada Day weekend, in a river adventure, out of town. I tried to find anyone who could help me replace them quickly since I require glasses to do everything. I could not find anyone from Oakville to Hamilton who could or would help me. I had no luck until I called Dr. Pham at Eyeglass Gallery on Brant St. In Burlington.
