My first time ordering persciption glasses from eyefit came to pick up my almost $800.00 gucci designer glasses and eyefit didnt have anymore gucci cases for my gucci glasses .. there is no way i should have walked out the store without the case. -I was told they would order me one but u just told me that eyefit towson wasnt getting anymore gucci styles.... disappointed and angry AND STILL WANT MY CASE..
My glasses arrived and they never notified me with the fact that I told the associate I will be traveling out of the country. No apology, they are insisting it is automated notification. The doctor is very experienced.
Ok went in this place today and asked where is the men's frames? A young lady just pointed and said "on the back wall". As my wife, son and I looked for frames none of the 3 ladies working got off their asses to help me. When I asked if they had a pair of frames that was on a photo, the young lady that helpes me barly wantes to leave the personal conversation she was having...i can go spend my $ somewhere else
