Very disappointed! Was a customer for years, but they turned down my prescription this time. They questioned the authenticity of my prescription from my military doctor and wanted me to make unnecessary extra phone calls. My prescription was filled elsewhere and won’t be coming back!
Last year, this facility was excellent. Friendly and educated staff, knowledgeable and friendly doctor and the place was clean to a fault. A year later, under new management and completely new staff, this place has changed but not necessarily for the better. The doctor likes to talk over patients. In conversation, he does a poor job of listening. A doctor should hear you out before answering unfinished questions.
