I went to this office for my yearly check-up, and the experience was extremely frustrating. It took three months for me to finally receive my contact lens prescription. During that time, they ordered the wrong contacts not once, but three separate times. Each time, I had to drive over 30 minutes to the office, only to be told—again—that the wrong contacts had been ordered and that they “apologize.” Communication was also terrible. I recently had an eye appointment with Dr. Taylor @ EyeDocs in HP, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. He took his time to explain everything he was doing, was professional & personable and even made me laugh to ease any anxieties going to the doctor inevitably brings. Right when you walk in, the front desk staff are incredibly kind and attentive, which made the entire visit smooth and pleasant. They were all smiles from the moment I walked into the moment I left. Yes, it is true that "Val" and "Rex were very helpful in assisting me at the front desk. In addition "Yulissa" Dr. Kincade' assistant–as well as Dr. Kincade had helped me to understand what they were doing with my eyes and why. Absolutely horrible experience - do not go here! Zero stars. I went in to purchase glasses at Eye Docs in Highland Park. I received a voicemail saying my glasses were ready for pickup. The next day, I drove there during a storm to get them - only to find out that no one could locate my order. The employee at Highland Park even called the Middlesex office, but they couldn’t find my glasses there either. Staff in Highland Park location, were so helpful in taking care of my 101 year old father’s glasses. I live out of state and coordinated my father’s care over the phone directly with Val in office. My dad was able to be seen right away and was so happy. In addition to being nice, they were very thorough and detailed in their care! I would highly recommend!!
