I was running behind for my appointment at the hendersonville location and Dr. Parker had to leave after my appointment to go to another location. I called to let them know I was running behind, and I assumed that my appointment would have to be changed. But Dr. Parker said, no come on in. Even though I was late, Dr. Parker and staff were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Parker has very good energy. This was the best experience I have had with an optometrist. I will definitely be returning.

Weve been going to Sam’s for eye exams for years. Super friendly staff. My husband and I had appointments at 2:40 & 3. We called to see if we could come in 20 minutes early and we’re told it was possible we would get in early.. so we get there just for 3 more patients to be in front of us AFTER our appointment time has passed. We were told they were “running behind” in person. How come we couldn’t have been told that in person? I’m sure the doctor is great but we won’t be coming back.
