Owner Brian is a horrible business owner. His is extremely unprofessional, and very rude. The minute you have an issue with your glasses he will blame you for it and make you pay to get the issue corrected. I do not and will not ever recommend anyone to this place. He needs to be investigated ASAP!!!
Dr. Rudo and staff are very professional and caring. She is an excellent doctor and gave me my vision back better and more clearer than when I was younger. Cataract surgery was very successful and smooth. Thank you Norma and staff for making it a great experience. Forever grateful. Highly recommend Eyecon.
The owner decided to tell me all the wrong information about my insurance. He told me I would be reimbursed by my insurance. They rush you once you decide to buy glasses and push you to upgrade all your glasses. The next day I called to cancel the glasses I ordered for my son and I. The owner would NOT cancel the order (1) day and said there was nothing he could do after I paid him over $1,100 dollars. I will never go to this place again.
