Dr. Rudo and staff are very professional and caring. She is an excellent doctor and gave me my vision back better and more clearer than when I was younger. Cataract surgery was very successful and smooth. Thank you Norma and staff for making it a great experience. Forever grateful. Highly recommend Eyecon.
The owner decided to tell me all the wrong information about my insurance. He told me I would be reimbursed by my insurance. They rush you once you decide to buy glasses and push you to upgrade all your glasses. The next day I called to cancel the glasses I ordered for my son and I. The owner would NOT cancel the order (1) day and said there was nothing he could do after I paid him over $1,100 dollars. I will never go to this place again. I would like to recommend EyeCon Optical in Milford De. My wife & I went there recently for our yearly eye examination. Dr. Karen Rudo, MD. Was very professional & pleasant, along with the whole staff. Had beautiful glasses made. Very happy with them .
I went to Eyecon for an exam and glasses. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. The doctor gave a thorough exam and when it was time to pick lenses and frames I was comfortable with the options and quality of their products. They only sell glasses that they can stand behind. Brian is a great owner and I will be back when it's time for new glasses
Thank you so much for squeezing me in with Dr. Rudo after I developed flashes of light in the corner of my left eye. Relieved it is nothing serious and Dr. Rudo will continue to follow up in 4 weeks.
