I’ve bought two pairs of glasses and a pair of sunglasses from this location and I couldn’t be happier! Sebastian is fantastic! His friendly demeanour and easy going approach was refreshing and gave off no pressure vibes. 10 out of 10. Would recommend him and the rest of the team to anyone and everyone who needs glasses or sunglasses.
We had a great experience here. Eddie’s customer service was excellent, very knowledgeable and patient while we tried several frames and selected our preferences. Highly recommend.
The best. this is like my eye home. welcome and friendly. Whenever I needed my glasses to be tightened I go there and without any charge, they do it. Becuase I'm a regular client. Service is amazing. Very reasonable prices. Sebastian, thanks for your kindness and the good service.
I've been to eyecon for 7 years,great reception and staff and doctors.....
Got the eye exam and purchased the glasses on December 28, they told me two weeks later they should be ready for pick up; yet, after 3 weeks I had to call and told me the "tint adjustment was tricky" and that next week they will call. The fourth week has passed; no update from the "lab" and I am annoyed so rather get a refund than keep this game where they say one more week.
