Spent 30 mins trying to get a hold of the monitoring station, not acceptable when it comes to life safety.
I had my alarm system installed, and I never had such great service as I did from this company. They made me feel very comfortable and the system works wonderful and it was explained to me and I had no questions at the end. I was very confident and I would recommend this company anytime. The technician they sent out, definitely knew what he was doing, and he was very confident and knowledgeable to any of my questions that was a wonderful feeling that I had somebody knowing what he was doing.
I moved to a new residence a couple months ago and wanted to update the security system for the residence. I researched a number of company and had 3 come for an assessment of my needs and to provide me with quotes. I would recommend Eyecom security. I had a security system that they had not installed quit working. I contacted them to replace something that broke on my system. I paid a deposit. Afterwards a few days before they were coming to my home I noticed my security cameras were working again. They gave me a full refund. I’m so grateful. Thank you Eyecom. If I have troubles in the future they will for sure be getting my business
Eyecom Security has been a great firm to deal with. Our security system has been operational problem free for several months now and has provided peace of mind. The owners, John and Rose, are a local family and they care about their customers. If you are considering the installation of a home security/automation system I recommend that you call Rose and you won't regret it. Great service and competitive!
