It’s the same story every time waiting close to 2.5 hours again. Don’t believe the replies that claim this is rare; in reality, it happens almost every visit. Anyone reading this should expect waits of 2.5 hours or more in nearly all circumstances. They like to pretend otherwise, but the truth is different. Out of roughly 15 visits, at least 10 have involved waits of over 2.5 hours, with some stretching as long as 3 hours. And I don’t need you to reply and pretend that what I’ve witnessed firsthand doesn’t actually happen.
Great staff very friendly doctors are great to
The wait to see the Registrar at the Eye Clinic can be as long as 3 hours. Today it took me 1.5 hours to see the Registrar. The reason being that the Registrar holds a public health position and is subject to responsibilities in that position. Hence it can be a long wait to see the Registrar at the Eye Clinic. Personally I think the waiting time is excessive and does not meet public expectations of service. I would encourage the Eye Clinic to do better.
Very efficient. Very quick
Friendly staff. Extremely grateful for the ophthalmologists and the miracles they're able to perform. Thank you!
