First time going today .for free glasses thru Commonwealth government scheme.we were 15 minutes late due to old age (wife getting time wrong 😞) but reception and dr were fantastic ..thank you

I purchased a new set of glasses 3 weeks ago (over $700), one arm was out of line so took them back for adjustment, that arm all but fell off a few days later. I was told by the receptionist that's not warranty, you will have to get them repaired and pay for it! Gave me the address and phone number and all but laughed at me! Gary is a lovely, personable, professional who definitely deserves 5 stars but his receptionist has the personality of a wet blanket. No real greeting upon presenting to the counter and proceeded to get offended when I wasn’t happy with the SSS frames which Is mind blowing to me given it’s a fashion choice! Genuine customer service is the only way you’re going to get people to pay $180 for a set of decent frames. She certainly didn’t make me want to spend the money,
