Customer service needs improvement
Been a patient at this office for about 16 years. The doctors are always professional, and detailed. Never had an issue. I ordered my glasses over a month ago, paid to have them shipped to my home, called today To ask the status of my order. At this point, I was told my glasses were at that office. No phone call telling me my glasses arrived occurred. Should not have to call over a month after the glasses are ordered. Customer service is not what it used to be there. Will seriously consider going to another eye care center.
