I called to setup an appointment for my son. I specifically asked the women, if they took his insurance. She placed me on hold and comes back and says yes. I make the appointment. His appointment was tomorrow, get a call a few minutes ago and they tell me they don't take it after all. Then the girl asks me do I want to keep it. Like no, he has insurance why would we pay for the entire appointment out of pocket. I don't recommend this place. Thank you for wasting our time.

I wasnt going to write a review. but ive recieved 4 emails to "Tell us how we did". So here is the how you did. I do not agree with your Deceptice business practices. I will no longer be an Eyecare Center patient. They automatically put the Eyewear protection plan on your bill, And hope you do not notice. This has happened 2 years in a row. This year, I then canceled my order and it's been a 2 week back and forth on why I have to pay a $40 cancelation fee. I hope this helps.
