Dr. Benkusky and staff are thorough and professional. They are organized and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this practice for eye care.
I’m very disappointed with the level of service at the Eye Care Center in Edenton. Every time I call the office, I’m placed on hold for an excessive amount of time, which makes even the simplest question or request frustrating. Scheduling an appointment is just as challenging, as availability is always booked far out, making it extremely difficult to be seen within a reasonable timeframe.
